The treatment of superficial spots with Fotona SP Dynamis aims to lighten mild pigment spots, even out skin tone and improve overall skin radiance.
The Er:YAG laser gently exfoliates the surface layer to remove pigmented cells, while the Nd:YAG heats deeply to reduce melanocyte activity and prevent the reappearance of spots.
This protocol makes it possible to treat sun spots, age spots, slight hyperpigmentations, and to obtain a brighter, more even and more homogeneous complexion.

Light Er:YAG laser: gentle exfoliation to eliminate pigmented cells on the surface.
Long pulse Nd: YAG laser: heats deeply to reduce diffuse pigmentation and even out skin tone.
