The treatment of post-surgical, traumatic, or old scars with Fotona SP Dynamis combines two complementary laser technologies to improve the appearance, texture, and flexibility of the skin.
Fractionated Er:YAG smoothes the surface and breaks up irregularities, while Nd:YAG works deeply to stimulate collagen, soften tissue, and reduce red or brown colouration.
The objective: a smoother, more discreet, more supple scar that integrates better with the rest of the skin.

Fractional Er:YAG laser: controlled micro‑abrasion to smooth the surface, reduce irregularities and improve texture.
Long pulse Nd: YAG laser: heats deeply to stimulate collagen, reduce redness and soften tissue.
Depending on the scar, complementary techniques can be added such as non-ablative Er:YAG smoothing, the SMOOTH® mode, or regenerative treatments (PRP, exosomes).

This protocol can be done safely 12 months per year. It is imperative to respect an essential rule: the skin cannot be tanned; rigorous sun protection is mandatory during the 2 weeks preceding and the 2 weeks following each session. This measure guarantees the safety of the treatment and optimizes the results.
